Special Charges

Welcome!	While I try to make sure you know about any fees in advance, note that some of the automates sites have different pricing and different albums with papers from different companies will also have different fees. But this gives you a good idea of what to expect.

Assembly Information	We offer assembly on all of our invitations. On the more complex invitations we have included the assembly cost in the price. If you need the cost for a different invitation, just let us know. Add approximately 2-4 working days to the turnaround time.
Address on envelope	This popular feature will help ensure delivery because incorrectly addressed envelopes will be returned to you. Available flat-printed on any invitation or informal envelope. NOTE: Printed envelopes will be printed in the same lettering style chosen for the invitation unless you specify otherwise. We print envelopes (including Respond Envelopes) in flat ink because the thermography powder can get under the flap and cause problems when trying to seal the envelope. And since we don't recommend it we won't print new envelopes at our cost if you have problems with them. If you order envelopes in gold ink we will print them raised because flat gold ink doesn't look gold, it is unattractive — so you need to consider this an perhaps order the envelope in another color or take your chances. To have your envelopes printed using thermography the cost is an additional $10 per item.
Corner Copy	Corner Copy on one side: $8.00 Corner copy on both sides: $12.50 NOTE: Corner copy charge applies to each printed item.
Custom Imprint	ITEMS ONLY AS SHOWN: When wording, verse or lettering style changes are requested to an invitation ensemble listed as "available only as shown": $40 per order IF we can make that change. And you're talking to Lion Graphics here, so unlike most other vendors, usually we can!! We will reduce or enlarge your artwork at no extra charge to fit the stock you have chosen. Please ask us for information on sending artwork electronically. Extra run: Copy printed on two sides when the sample is only sampled and priced with one side of printing. The front and inside will be printed in the same color of ink, unless sampled otherwise on the page. One side will be raised ink printed and the other side flat ink printed. Please allow 1 extra working day: $28 per item SPECIAL SET-UP: When copy is requested in an area not shown with printing and is on the same side or surface of paper that has printing (i.e.: adding copy to the left inside when copy is only shown on the right inside) add $12 per item
Envelopes Included (unless otherwise noted)	Invitation: Blank single or double envelopes (depending upon selected invitation). Inner envelopes, if they come with the invitation, come unlined. Lined Inner Envelopes are extra and are only available in the colors listed. Informal or Save the Date: Blank single envelopes Reception or At Home: No envelopes Respond: Flat printed respond envelopes (no discount if left blank) Extra envelopes: $2.50 per 25 plus print charge, if any. Some invitations have special envelopes that cost more.
Ink Colors other than Black	For standard colors INCLUDING black there is NO LONGER an additional charge. Unlisted colors: $40 per item For two ink colors add $60 per item.
Foil Printing	For foil printing on your invitations and enclosures in any standard foil color, add the following charge to the price of EACH item: $70
Lined Inner Envelopes	If available, you can order lined inner envelopes. Please note that liner colors will not alter the invitation color or envelope color. Invitations are available only in the colors shown. Lined, ungummed inner envelopes are available in the colors listed next to each invitation for an additional charge. Prices are for lined inner envelopes ordered with invitations: $4.90 per 25
Mailing Costs	Most of the invitation ensembles require the normal amount of postage. However, we recommend checking at your post office for any additional postal requirements (especially if you have square or oversized invitations, which will incur additional charges)
Non-English Wording	All orders must be typed. If your wording uses a non-English alphabet, as in Japanese or Hebrew, please provide camera-ready artwork for all copy (I have some Japanese/Hebrew fonts on my system). Please ask if you have any questions about finding someone to typeset this for you, I have a very good source.
Photo Invitations	Photo invitations will be flat printed Photographs printed in one color on invitations, add to price shown: $35.00 PHOTO: For best reproduction, we suggest sending in your colored photo. If you are pressed for time on the invitations I may have you send it directly to our printer. MAILING PHOTOS: Because of the slight risk in mailing photos, we recommend that you never send a photo of which you could not get a duplicate print. We suggest sending duplicates rather than originals. Also, always place your photo between two pieces of heavy cardboard before putting it in your mailing envelope. We will return the original photo within 15 days of the time your invitation is shipped. Photographs have copyrights: therefore, a signed authorization form must accompany each order. Submission of an order requesting duplication of a photograph constitutes the dealer's representation that the dealer has all rights to reproduce the photograph and the dealer will indemnify, defend and hold harmless any of our vendors from any liability from copyright infringement or any other liability arising from reproduction of the photographs (as you can tell, some of our printers have run into some problems with this in the past, hence the legal mumbo-jumbo).
Proofs	Proofs are not automatic unless Lion Graphics is custom-designing artwork for you, which is usually the case (we will send up to three proofs, then we start charging for revisions; $40 per hour). Proofs have to be ordered. You are given lots of chances to proofread your text before it goes to print. If we make a mistake on your order even though you provided the correct information, we will reprint at no charge (of course) and have it shipped to you ASAP. If you made a mistake that you didn't catch until the order is printed we will reprint the item at a 10% discount.
Reorders	A reorder will be billed as a new order. This is why we stress that you make sure you are ordering enough of everything. For example, we have an invitation that costs $200.90 for 100 invitations and $243.60 for 125 - a $42.70 difference and possibly a small addition to the shipping cost. But if you order 100 now and 25 later, the cost for that 25 alone (not even counting the additional cost for any accompanying items) would be $146 PLUS the additional shipping charge. SO for the invitations alone you have spent an extra $103.30 as opposed to $42.70.
Seals	Non-personalized envelope seals are available for all envelopes.
Shipping Charges	Prices in this catalog do not include shipping. Shipping will be added after any discounts are taken. Once you finalize your order I will let you know the shipping cost (our average orders are between $10-$15). Once we receive payment we will print your invitations (approx. 5-7 business day turnaround) and ship via UPS Ground. If you prefer a faster method of shipping, we will let you know that charge.
